The city's Cultural District has great art museums like the Sid Richardson Museum, which displays art that is over 100 years old and was previously the collection of oil tycoon and cattle raiser, Sid Richardson. No trip to Fort Worth is complete until you've checked out the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. Honoring more than 750 strong women of the American West, it's the only museum of its kind in the entire world.
